True Professionals!!! I am writing this review two weeks after buying my pool table off Craigslist and investing in having Professional Billiards Service move it for me. I’m frugal though it might seem that I am cheap. I love good value for my money. I negotiated a Leisure Bay 3 piece slate table for a ridiculous price with a lady that was just ready to have it moved out of her dining room. She told me that she and her boys moved it in with a Uhaul and a few friends. So I planned to do the same thing. However, when things did not go as planned with my friends and my schedules, and I had to have it that day (I am not known for my patience) I called a few services. Steve answered the phone. He was very polite, accommodating, and willing. He immediately quoted a flat rate, the same as he advertises on Craigslist and his website, and figured out how to integrate my move into his schedule. I told him I had to go buy the table, and I would call him to confirm. Of course the table had some issues, but they were mostly cosmetic. I closed the deal with the seller, and called Steve. He told me they would be there at 1 pm. They were there at 12:50. Once the seller returned and opened the house so we could get to the table. Steve and Randy, his partner, had the table completely disassembled and loaded on their truck within 20 minutes. In fact it seemed the ride from Snellville to my house in Marietta took longer than for them to disassemble, load, unload, and assemble the table in my house. However, this is where it gets better. Remember the damage that I mentioned earlier? It included some broken side pieces and a loose bumper, apparently damaged from improper moving and handling of the table, and a few other broken or damaged pieces. The felt was in fairly decent shape, but had some blemishes. They would have beat me back to my house except that they stopped at the Ace Hardware to get some bolts and other missing...
